Corporate and Commercial Solicitor

Eventus Legal are seeking a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a specialist team in Nantwich, Cheshire. This is a full-time, permanent job position, although part-time working may be considered for a minimum of three days per week. The salary is £34,000 to £48,000 dependent on experience and expertise, with hybrid working available, 25 days'' holiday plus bank and public holidays, healthcare, pension and an annual performance-related bonus. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 2 to 3 years'' PQE or above to build on and develop an existing good quality workload, managing their own caseload while working closely with an experienced Corporate and Commercial Director and benefiting from appropriate support, supervision, their own office and secretarial support. The working hours are 9.00 am to 5.15 pm, with lunch between 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm.Role ResponsibilitiesAs Corporate and Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will take responsibility for your own caseload while contributing to the continued growth of an established specialist department.
