Corporate and Commercial Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a well-regarded firm who are looking for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their team in Stevenage.Your responsibilities will include:Advising clients on corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and investments involving private equity and owner-managed businesses.Leading on company restructures, share capital reorganisations, and employee incentive schemes.Preparing and negotiating shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, and governance frameworks.Handling a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, covering goods, services, and bespoke commercial arrangements.Taking responsibility for managing files efficiently while contributing to the team''s financial targets.Actively supporting the firm''s growth through networking, marketing, and client engagement.About You:3-6 years'' PQE in corporate and commercial law.Strong technical grounding in transactional work and commercial advisory matters.Confident working independently and managing complex matters with minimal supervision.Clear communicator with strong drafting skills and a proactive approach to client care.Detail-focused, organised, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.A team-oriented mindset, with ambition and drive for continued development within a dynamic and supportive practice.In exchange, the firm is offering a competitive salary and generous benefits package, as well as progression opportunities.Sellick Partnership is proud to be ..... full job details .....
