The successful candidate will work closely with entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and investors, advising on a broad range of corporate transactions while playing a key role in developing long-term client relationships. Having experienced consistent growth over a number of years, the firm has built a thriving practice across several core areas and is recognised for its collaborative, partner-led approach. Description You will advise on a wide variety of corporate matters, including: Mergers and Acquisitions (MandA) Shareholder agreements and investment arrangements Corporate restructurings and reorganisations General company law and corporate governance matters Corporate transactions linked to real estate and property-focused businesses Ongoing advisory work for SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurial clients You will take ownership of matters from initial instruction through to completion, working directly with clients and contributing to the continued growth of the firm''s corporate offering.
