A leading Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing London team. The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will join a recognised multidisciplinary law firm with a strong reputation across corporate, commercial, property, employment and specialist sectors. The firm works with a diverse client base and offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where senior lawyers have the opportunity to make a real impact.

As the Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will play a key role in advising clients while supporting the continued growth of the practice.

The role will include:

* Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
* Managing and developing an existing client base
* Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
* Supporting business development and practice growth initiatives
* Working collaboratively with lawyers across different practice areas
* Contributing to the development of systems, processes and technology
* Supporting the growth of the wider team and future recruitment strategy
* Identifying opportunities to expand services and develop new areas of work

You will be an experienced solicitor with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

The Corporate & Commercial Solicitor must have:

* 8+ years'' PQE in Corporate and Commercial Law
* Strong experience advising businesses on commercial and corporate matters
* Existing client following or proven ability to develop relationships
* Excellent client management and business development skills
* Commercial approach with strong judgement and decision-making ability
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across the firm

* -70,000 - -80,000 salary
