Our client is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established practice in the picturesque region of Cornwall. The Role This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 p/a, reflective of skills and experience. The role includes all standard duties associated with a Small Animal Vet, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. Candidates will be required to work 4.5 days a week, including Fridays, and participate in a Saturday rota. Occasional out-of-hours inpatient care is expected. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive veterinary care for small animals. Mentor and guide new and recent graduates or engage in learning and development. Collaborate with a large team to ensure high standards of care. Engage in continuous professional development with a generous CPD budget. Ideal Candidate: The practice is looking for a team player with excellent communication skills. The candidate should enjoy challenges, be willing to ask for help, and offer assistance when needed. Experience in sole charge and mentoring is advantageous but not mandatory. About the Practice: The practice operates across multiple branches, primarily in Callington, with additional locations in Saltash and Looe.
