Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) Lead

Summary:We are seeking a Cornerstone LMS Lead to drive the technical configuration, audit, and optimisation of our Cornerstone OnDemand platform in support of a major Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) regulatory project. You will be responsible for mapping, building, and delivering mandatory training and compliance competencies for approximately 150 critical water quality roles. In this technical lead position, you will resolve legacy configuration issues, establish data cleanliness best practices, optimise our Workday integration, and enhance technical training management on TAP. Working alongside dedicated Subject Matter Experts who manage stakeholder negotiation, your focus will be purely on evaluating technical feasibility and executing robust system solutions.
