T hese young people are not currently accessing mainstream education as a result of SEND, SEMH, permanent exclusion and various other reasons. We are looking for Core Subject Tutors to work with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, covering Maths, English and Science, who can provide a safe, encouraging, and empowering learning environment to re-engage them in their learning journey. The Opportunity You will be supporting young people on a 1-1 or small group basis who are not currently accessing full time education for various reasons. Many of our young people have not attended school for some time and may have emotional barriers to learning. As a result, we are seeking nurturing Tutors with a patient, flexible approach and a passion for working closely with students to overcome barriers to learning.
