This role involves working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis, supporting young people who may have experienced barriers to learning.   Key Responsibilities   	 Deliver engaging lessons across English, Maths and Science (KS3/KS4) 	 Adapt teaching to meet individual needs 	 Support students with SEMH and additional needs 	 Monitor progress and maintain accurate records 	 Build positive relationships to support engagement and behaviour    Requirements   	 Experience working with young people in education or alternative provision 	 Ability to deliver core subjects confidently 	 Strong behaviour management and communication skills 	 A patient, resilient and flexible approach 	 Teaching qualification or relevant degree 	 Experience with SEN/SEMH learners 	 Background in alternative provision    Safeguarding   We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
