      <description>Location: Teddington | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | About the role  The Co-production and Campaigns Lead will play a key role in ensuring that the voices, experiences and priorities of Disabled people influence RAID''s services, activities, campaigns and future direction. The postholder will create impactful and targeted campaigns that put pressure on decision-makers to make change and support local disabled people to have a voice about issues that impact them. The postholder will lead and develop RAID''s approach to co-production, building meaningful opportunities for members, service users and other Disabled people to influence our work. They will work across RAID, connecting co-production with our advice services, inclusion and peer-led activities, membership and campaigning work, ensuring that learning and priorities are shared across the organisation. As the lead they will provide advice and support to managers, build organisational capacity, and establish sustainable participation structures across services.
