Copilot Specialist Newbury or Leeds - Hybrid (2-3 DPW in office) £40,000 VIQU are partnering with a leading organisation who are looking to build-out a new AI Enablement function focused on driving the safe and effective adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the business. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you will work directly with users to understand day-to-day processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate these into practical Copilot use cases that improve productivity and ways of working. You will act as a key enabler between technical capability and business need, supporting adoption through engagement, training, and solution design, rather than deep engineering or architectural design work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys stakeholder interaction, problem-solving, and helping organisations realise value from AI tools in a structured and practical way.
