Copilot Adoption Specialist/Trainer - 2 months - Remote - up to £300 per day INSIDE IR35We are seeking an experienced Copilot Studio Adoption andamp; Enablement Consultant to deliver a Microsoft Copilot Studio enablement programme. You will be responsible for equipping business and IT champions with the skills, confidence, and practical experience required to design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents.The delivery combines technical enablement, workshop facilitation, coaching, use case discovery, and adoption consulting to help clients establish sustainable agent development capabilities and drive wider Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions focused on Microsoft Copilot Studio.Demonstrate best practice agent creation techniques and design principles.Facilitate hands-on labs enabling participants to build and enhance agents in a supported environment.Adapt content and delivery style to suit both technical and business audiences.Deliver one-to-one and small-group coaching sessions focused on agent design and development.Support participants in progressing from idea to working prototype.Troubleshoot agent development challenges and provide practical guidance.Build confidence in testing, refining, publishing, and maintaining agents.Provide ongoing mentorship throughout the engagement.Use Case Discovery andamp; Business ConsultingFacilitate workshops to identify and prioritise high-value automation ..... full job details .....
