Coordinator - Lettings

We''re flexible on your office base, so you can be based either from Basingstoke, Greenham, Hurn, Blandford, Bristol, Exeter, Isle of Wight or London. You''ll work both from home and the office 2 days per week.What You''ll Be DoingIn this role, you''ll help customers experience a smooth and positive journey when moving into or out of their home.You''ll work closely with colleagues, customers, local authorities, and external partners to coordinate lettings activity, reduce void periods, and ensure homes are let quickly and efficiently. Key responsibilities:First point of contact for lettings-related enquiries, providing advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders.Coordinating the lettings process to ensure empty homes are advertised and occupied as quickly as possible, preparing and publishing property advertisements across relevant channels.Monitoring void properties and key milestones to support performance targets and minimise vacancy periods.Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and external databases.Setting rents in line with SNG''s rent policy and liaising with finance teams where ..... full job details .....
