Salary: Up to £30,000, dependant on experience
Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time 

We''re looking for a proactive Coordinator to join a growing business where you''ll play a vital role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Working as part of a close-knit and supportive team, you''ll coordinate work schedules, communicate with customers and engineers, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Coordinate planned and reactive work schedules, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing timely updates throughout the job lifecycle.
• Manage a busy shared inbox, responding promptly to enquiries and requests.
• Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to arrange attendance and monitor job progress.
• Produce service reports and raise invoices accurately following completed work.
• Maintain accurate records using the company''s job management system.
• Ensure excellent communication between customers, engineers and internal teams.

• Experienced within a customer service, service desk, scheduling or coordination role.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• A strong communicator with excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
• Positive, proactive and able to work well under pressure.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Experience using a CAFM, job management or service management system.
