Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customers, building strong and lasting relationships. Act as the first point of contact for service enquiries via phone and email. Coordinate engineer schedules and book service and remedial works. Prepare accurate quotations for service contracts, renewals and additional works. Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate. Process purchase orders and order parts from suppliers. Maintain accurate customer and contract information within the CRM system. Produce daily and weekly reports to support the service team.
