This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Coordinator, Scheduler or Planning Supervisor from the property services, facilities management, construction or maintenance sector looking to step into a leadership role. You''ll oversee a team of Coordinators while ensuring projects are planned, scheduled, and delivered efficiently across the Damp, Roofing, and Restoration divisions. The Role Lead and support a team of Coordinators, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational performance Manage the scheduling of surveyors, engineers, tradespeople, and subcontractors to maximise productivity Coordinate maintenance projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring jobs run smoothly and on schedule Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout each project Monitor job progress, quality, documentation, and compliance using CRM and job management systems Review survey reports for accuracy and ensure quotations, invoices, and project information are completed correctly Support profitability by monitoring project performance, managing workflows, and resolving ..... full job details .....
