Would you like to be part of this? Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook our breakfast menu to a consistently high standard. Complete daily food preparation and ensure the kitchen is fully prepared for service. Assemble signature platters, side dishes and other menu items with exceptional presentation. Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation throughout the day. Follow food hygiene, allergen and health and safety procedures at all times. Work safely and responsibly to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. Maintain excellent stock rotation and organisation while helping to minimise food waste.
