Cook/Chef

We are looking for a cook to join our team. You will be required to do all the cooking and food preparation. You must have a certificate in food hygiene certificate. ( available online). You must be enthusiastic about preparing food that is fresh and tasty and well presented. Days of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. You must be very clean and be vigilant and well trained in food allergy requirements and food intolerances. Hygiene in the kitchen is a top priority. Desired Food hygiene certificate Experience cooking for groups (preferably children) Thorough knowledge of allergies and food restrictions Willingness to do DBS Full UK work permit/visa. We do not sponsor visas. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of meals following established recipes and food safety guidelines. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Ensure all food is stored properly and adhere to hygiene standards. Collaborate with nursery staff to ensure efficient meal service. Maintain kitchen equipment and assist with inventory management as needed. Support the team during busy service periods and contribute to a positive work environment.
