The cost is £59 for a new application or £18 to update an existing certificate, payable by the successful applicant. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook fresh, nutritious meals each day. Prepare meals in advance for weekend service. Order food supplies and manage stock levels. Complete temperature checks and maintain food safety records. Carry out daily kitchen hygiene and compliance checks. Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised and ready for each service. Cater for a range of dietary, cultural and religious requirements. The Successful Candidate Should: Have previous experience working as a Cook or Chef. Be reliable, organised and able to work independently.
