Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and presentation standards. Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef as required. Contributing to menu changes and daily specials. RequirementsPrevious experience working in a busy kitchen environment. Experience with fresh food preparation and cooking. Passion for producing quality food. Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a team. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
