The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking quality food while maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and customer service standards.Main Duties and Responsibilities  Prepare, cook and present a range of hot and cold food items to agreed standards. Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control requirements are consistently met. Support daily food production to meet service requirements.
