The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking quality food while maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and customer service standards.Main Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, cook and present a range of hot and cold food items to agreed standards. Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control requirements are consistently met. Support daily food production to meet service requirements. Follow recipes, production schedules and food safety procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within food preparation areas. Monitor food temperatures and complete required food safety records. Assist with stock rotation, stock control and the safe storage of deliveries.
