Oaklands Care Home is surrounded by roaming countryside, providing the ideal location for the people we support to relax and enjoy the views. Our care is resident-focused, with each person we support being catered for individually so that they can lead a happy and fulfilling life doing the things they enjoy and accessing a wide range of activities. With 30 bedrooms, our purposely adapted home across 2 floors provides the perfect, safe environment for the people we support.
