The catering team are responsible for delivering prepared meals in line with Hygiene and Health and Safety standards.Requirements:Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare a wide range of dishes.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.A passion for cooking and creating innovative meal options for customers.An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or willingness to do this.Employment vetting, including references and full work history.Food Safety Level 2 or 3, with a willingness to be further trained.Professional and the ability to work with various backgrounds and cultures.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.Assist in the development of new menu items, ensuring creativity and seasonal relevance.Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.Oversee kitchen ..... full job details .....
