What you''ll be doing Preparing nutritious, homely meals tailored to the needs of our residents Supporting menu planning and contributing ideas for varied, enjoyable dishes Completing essential compliance and food safety checks Helping us maintain a welcoming, well run kitchen environment A bit about you NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or City and Guilds equivalent Or at least 2 years'' experience working in a kitchen or catering environment. It would be great if you also have: A Basic Food Hygiene certificate Knowledge of older people''s dietary needs or menu planning You must also be able to communicate verbally in English with our residents.
