We also recruit for Social Care and Public Sector roles.  We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cook for a residential setting to work for our client based in Islington and surrounding areas.   Duties and Responsibilities of a Cook:   	 Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious, balanced meals in line with set menus. 	 Cater for special dietary requirements (e.g. diabetic, vegetarian, allergen-free, soft diets). 	 Ensure meals are prepared on time and meet quality and portion standards. 	 Assist in planning varied and appealing menus that meet nutritional guidelines. 	 Take into account residents’ preferences, cultural, and religious needs. 	 Adapt menus where necessary based on feedback or dietary changes. 	 Follow all food hygiene and safety regulations (e.g. HACCP, Food Safety Act).
