Ideally, we would like  the same cook to cover all shifts , allowing them to become familiar with the kitchen, equipment, stock locations, menus and service requirements, without the need for repeated training. Shift Requirements Friday 28th – 06:30–15:00 Shadow the existing cook on site. Become familiar with the kitchen layout, equipment and procedures. Understand where all ingredients, stock and equipment are kept. Prepare for the weekend service.
