This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in catering, with full training provided and opportunities to develop skills across the wider business.You will support the preparation and cooking of meals for school residential groups, corporate team-building events and activity centre visitors. Weekend shifts typically involve preparing and serving caf -style food such as paninis, jacket potatoes and light refreshments.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and cooking meals for residential school groups and corporate visitors.Assisting with menu preparation and food service.Preparing caf -style food including paninis, sandwiches, jacket potatoes and other light meals.Ensuring excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained.Supporting with stock rotation, deliveries and food storage.Working closely with the wider catering team to provide an efficient and friendly service.Following all health and safety and food safety procedures.Assisting with kitchen cleaning and end-of-shift duties.What We''re Looking ForFood Hygiene Certificate (essential).Passion for food and providing excellent ..... full job details .....
