The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring conveyor systems operate safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime.This opportunity would suit someone with previous conveyor belting, mechanical maintenance, field service or industrial engineering experience who enjoys a mixture of technical workshop and site-based work.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkshop DutiesFabricate and assemble conveyor belts to customer specifications.Carry out various belt joining and splicing methods.Install accessories including guides, cleats, tracking systems and specialist components.Operate workshop machinery and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.Work from technical drawings and production instructions.Perform quality inspections before completed products are dispatched.Maintain accurate documentation and production records.Ensure a clean, ..... full job details .....
