Key Responsibilities:Managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.This role has potential to be extended to full-time if you also have Probate and Wills experience.
