A busy, high-performing conveyancing firm with multiple offices across Kent, is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established property team in a Team Leader role.

This position is designed for experienced conveyancers who want to focus on technical legal work and maximise their earnings, without being tied up in constant calls and emails.

The Opportunity

This firm operates a highly efficient volume conveyancing model.

As a Team Leader, you sit in the background handling the technical aspects of conveyancing, while a team of paralegals manages the client communication, calls, emails, and admin.

This structure allows you to focus on progressing transactions and completing files efficiently, enabling much higher volumes than traditional conveyancing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling the technical legal work on residential conveyancing matters
• Supporting and guiding your paralegal team on files
• Dealing with complex legal queries when required
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and to a high professional standard
• Maintaining strong relationships with estate agents and referrers when needed

Ideal Candidate

• Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience running residential conveyancing files
• Strong technical knowledge of property transactions
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
