The Role You will lead a team within the conveyancing department while managing your own caseload and supporting the continued growth of the department. You will handle a varied range of residential property matters, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Re-mortgages • New build transactions • Help to Buy • Lease extensions • Buy-to-let matters You will also be responsible for maintaining the firm''s CQS accreditation, ensuring high standards of compliance and client care across the department.
