      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Conveyancing Supervisor Location: Birmingham Role: Full-Time, Hybrid About the Role A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Supervisor to support its growing residential development team. You will supervise and develop conveyancers and conveyancing assistants, ensuring high-quality plot sales work while providing coaching, training and technical guidance. About You   Previous legal experience, ideally within conveyancing.   Experience supervising or supporting conveyancers.   Strong technical and procedural knowledge.   Able to manage high-volume workloads and tight deadlines.   Excellent communication, organisation and client service skills.   Calm, proactive and collaborative approach.
