This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated solicitor to handle a varied caseload of high-quality residential conveyancing matters while benefiting from excellent career progression, strong administrative support, and a loyal client base. As a result, they are looking to appoint a solicitor who can contribute to the ongoing success of the department and develop long-term relationships with clients and referrers. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build purchases Shared ownership transactions Right to Buy matters Unregistered land transactions Help to Buy matters Property refinancing transactions You will also: Provide exceptional client care throughout the conveyancing process Develop relationships with estate agents, brokers and other referrers Ensure files are managed efficiently and in compliance with SRA requirements Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate ..... full job details .....
