Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join our Residential Property Department. This role involves managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion, ensuring a high-quality, client-focused service while complying with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.Day-to-day of the role:Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new build properties, shared ownership transactions, Help to Buy, and Right to Buy transactions.Handle files from initial instruction through to completion and registration.Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.Review contracts, title documents, searches, and mortgage offers, and prepare and issue legal documentation and reports on title.Provide accurate legal advice and regular updates to clients throughout the transaction.Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, and industry best practices.Maintain accurate case records using the firm''s case management system.Meet productivity, service level, and financial performance targets.Resolve client enquiries and issues promptly and professionally.Support business development activities and contribute to the growth of the residential property department.Required Skills and ..... full job details .....
