Conveyancing Solicitor - South Belfast Overview Pathway Legal is working with a busy, established law firm in South Belfast that is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team. You will work alongside an experienced solicitor in a department with a strong flow of work. The firm would ideally like to speak with solicitors who have a few years'' post-qualification experience, although it is open to considering candidates at different stages of their careers. Experience in probate would be useful but is not essential. This is an office-based role. Salary will be discussed with candidates and is flexible for the right person. The role Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Working closely with colleagues to progress a busy caseload and meet key deadlines Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Providing clear, practical advice and a high standard of client service Assisting with probate matters where experience allows The person A qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing Ideally a few years'' PQE, although the firm will consider relevant experience Organised and comfortable working in a busy department Confident communicating with clients and managing competing priorities Probate experience would be an advantage, but is not required What''s on offer An established firm with an active conveyancing practice The opportunity to work alongside an experienced solicitor A ..... full job details .....
