Conveyancing Solicitor

We are working with an established London law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its property team. This is a varied position requiring experience across both residential and commercial property matters, making it particularly suitable for a solicitor looking to maintain a broad property caseload. The Role Residential sales and purchases Freehold and leasehold transactions Remortgages Transfers of equity New-build transactions where applicable Commercial property sales and acquisitions Commercial leases Landlord and tenant property matters Reviewing and drafting property documentation Conducting title investigations and searches Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other solicitors Managing transactions through exchange and completion Requirements Qualified Solicitor admitted to practise in England and Wales Current SRA practising certificate Approximately 2-3 years'' PQE Strong conveyancing/property experience Experience across both residential and commercial property Ability to independently manage transactions from instruction through to completion Strong knowledge of relevant property law and conveyancing procedures Excellent client-care and communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail ..... full job details .....
