Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.- Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts.- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth and timely transactions.- Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications.

Qualifications and Experience- Qualified Solicitor with a Practicing Certificate in England and Wales.- Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 1 to 3 years in residential conveyancing.- Strong understanding of conveyancing law and procedures.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Proficient in using conveyancing software and other legal technology.
