Senior Associate - Residential Conveyancing SolicitorSouthampton - Hybrid Working AvailableA highly regarded South Coast property team is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to further strengthen its growing Residential Conveyancing offering in the firms new office.This role offers the opportunity to handle high-quality residential property work while playing a key part in a collaborative, supportive team with clear progression.The RoleYou will manage a busy and varied caseload from instruction through to completion, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgages and equity releaseTransfers of equityNew build and plot purchasesHelp to Buy and shared ownership mattersLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression and excellent client careYou will work closely with related practice areas including Residential Development, Commercial Property, Construction and Property Disputes, as well as Family and Private Client teams, enabling cross-referrals and a joined-up client service.About YouYou will be:A qualified solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancingConfident managing your own caseload independently from initial instruction to completionSkilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients, referrers and agentsProactive, organised and able to manage competing deadlinesA strong communicator who enjoys regular client contactComfortable supporting junior team members and ..... full job details .....
