Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday A well-established law firm in Doncaster is looking to recruit a New Build Solicitor to join its established residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or New Build Solicitor with experience handling new build transactions to take responsibility for a dedicated caseload and work closely with developers, buyers, lenders and estate agents. The role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in new build conveyancing and plot sales while working within a supportive and established team. The Role You will manage a caseload of new build conveyancing matters, dealing with transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post completion. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of new build sales and purchases Acting for buyers and developers on new build property transactions Reviewing contracts, title documentation and development documentation Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process Dealing with Help to Buy, shared ownership and lender requirements where applicable Working closely with Developers, Estate Agents, Lenders and other Solicitors Managing exchange and completion deadlines set by developers Handling completions and post completion formalities Keeping clients updated and providing a high standard of client care Managing a busy ..... full job details .....
