This firm is keen to speak with a Solicitor, CILEx Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-5 years'' experience handling a varied caseload. The Position Run your own residential property files from instruction through to completion Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Handle re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right to buy matters Work closely with a dedicated conveyancing assistant About You Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer 2-5 years'' experience in residential conveyancing Confident managing a full caseload independently Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach This is a great opportunity to join a friendly Bristol firm with a steady flow of quality work.
