The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Conveyancing, you will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. You will work with an established client base and be supported by an experienced team in a collaborative environment. Your caseload will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages Shared Ownership transactions Right to Buy matters Transfers of Equity Lease Extensions General residential conveyancing matters About You Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives with at least 2 years'' + post-qualification experience.
