Senior Conveyancing Solicitor Location: SheffieldSalary: Competitive salary + bonus Job Type: Full time, Permanent Working: Hybrid working available A respected and growing law firm in Sheffield is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join its established Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of property matters while playing an important role in the continued growth of the department. Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Deal with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions Progress matters independently with minimal supervision Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers and estate agents Provide a high level of client care throughout each transaction Support and mentor junior members of the team where required Contribute to business development and the wider growth of the department Requirements Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer Strong experience in residential conveyancing Ability to manage a busy caseload independently from start to finish Strong technical knowledge of residential property law Excellent communication and client care skills Commercial approach with a proactive attitude Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The Package Competitive salary and ..... full job details .....
