You will work alongside experienced Partners, advising Registered Providers of Social Housing on high-value property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, stock rationalisation and complex affordable housing developments. The Role Advise on large-scale property acquisitions and disposals, including portfolio transactions. Support complex development projects, including joint ventures, site acquisitions, development agreements and overage arrangements. Draft and negotiate property and development documentation. Work closely with clients and specialist teams to identify and manage legal risk. Support and mentor junior colleagues. About You Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years'' PQE or equivalent experience. Strong property acquisition, disposal and/or development experience. Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills. Commercially minded with a practical approach to risk.
