A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years'' PQE to join its established Telford team. The Role Working alongside a Partner and other members of the team, the successful residential conveyancer will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion. The role will include: Managing sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold Handling re-mortgages, shared ownership and Right to Buy matters Dealing with country properties, leases and easements Providing excellent client service throughout Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and best practice requirements Supporting colleagues and sharing best practice Assisting with business development activities where required About You You will have: Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer 5+ years'' post-qualified experience in residential property conveyancing Experience managing a varied residential property caseload Strong communication, ..... full job details .....
