Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, they are looking for a confident and experienced professional to join their dynamic team.What You''ll Be Doing:Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.Handling a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent client service at all times.Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulatory and firm-wide requirements.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other third parties.You will beA qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years'' experience.Have a solid understanding of the full residential conveyancing process and the ability to manage a caseload independently.Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication ..... full job details .....
