Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor. The role involves handling a variety of transactions including remortgages, transfers of equity, sales and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties. The ideal candidate will have prior conveyancing experience and be able to manage their own caseload.Responsibilities

Deal with a variety of conveyancing transactions (remortgages, transfers of equity, sales and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties).Manage and progress own caseload efficiently.Provide strong client care and clear communication throughout the conveyancing process.Requirements
