An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join our clients fantastic Residential Conveyancing team, based at their Bristol office. You will need to demonstrate your expertise in relation to all stages of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing. Additionally, you can expect to cover remortgages, transfers and releases of equity, lease extensions and some development work, complying with CQS standards at all times. You will be required to manage your own workload and communicate capacity levels to the wider team.Ideal Candidate Requirements
