Conveyancing Solicitor

My client, based in Hereford, is a growing and established law firm with a strong focus on delivering high-quality legal services and excellent client care. They are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment, managing a varied caseload and supporting the wider Conveyancing Department. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages across freehold and leasehold properties. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, agents and other key stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication throughout transactions. • Progress files proactively and efficiently, ensuring internal processes, compliance requirements and client records are maintained to a high standard. • Prepare and review contract packages, raise enquiries, submit searches, and draft title, mortgage and search reports. • Act for mortgage lenders and assist with exchanges of contracts and agreeing transfer deeds. • Work collaboratively with the wider Conveyancing team while managing your own workload and meeting deadlines. • Maintain accurate case management records and ensure matters progress smoothly through to completion.
