Conveyancing Solicitor - Fully remote Overview We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of five years'' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our reputable legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the efficient progression of all conveyancing matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to a dynamic practice within a supportive environment, delivering high-quality service to clients. Duties Managing a full spectrum of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and leases. Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process. Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients regarding property transactions and associated legal obligations. Managing case files efficiently using case management systems to ensure deadlines are met. Assisting junior team members where necessary and contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental procedures.
