OverviewWe are working alongside a prestigious law firm who are looking for a proactive Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their busy and friendly conveyancing team based in Kent. The role covers a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters.
Responsibilities
Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
Transfers of equity, remortgages
Lease renewals, landlord and tenant work
Refinancing, business sales/acquisitions
Utilities agreements and development support
Managing files from instruction to completion
Requirements
Strong experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
Highly organised, with excellent client care and communication skills
Business development experience is a plus
